Launch tokens. Use creator fees to acquire music rights. Share royalty income with token holders.
Hearcens is a launchpad designed for Robinhood Chain. Tokens can trade against ETH, USDG, or an approved Music License Token. For music-linked launches, creators can allocate part of their earned trading fees toward acquiring a specifically identified music license or royalty interest.
Once the acquisition is completed and verified, the acquired economic rights are linked to that launch token. Eligible token holders participate proportionally in the net royalty income generated by the acquired asset.
The developer does not personally own the acquired music asset outright. Legal title is held through a disclosed acquisition entity for the benefit of eligible token holders under the applicable series agreement.
Hearcens connects three activities:
Launching and trading tokens.
Allocating creator fees toward an identified music-rights acquisition.
Distributing the acquired asset's net royalty income to eligible token holders.
The basic flow is:
Token launch → creator fees accumulate → an identified music asset is acquired → the launch receives a gold verification check → royalty income is distributed to eligible token holders.
Pair selection and royalty linkage are separate choices. A token paired with ETH or USDG may still use the Music License route. A token may also trade against an approved Music License Token where that market is supported.
Within Hearcens, Music License is a product label for the specific contractual music-rights interest acquired for a verified launch. Depending on the asset, this may include a defined share of publishing, recording, performance, mechanical, or other royalty income.
It does not automatically mean ownership of the song's copyright, master recording, artist identity, trademark, synchronization rights, remix rights, or commercial-use rights. Every verified launch must state exactly which rights were acquired, for what territory and term, and which income streams are included.
| Asset | Purpose | Holder rights |
|---|---|---|
| Launch token before verification | Community and trading asset linked to a proposed music acquisition | No active royalty entitlement until the acquisition is completed and verified |
| Verified Music License Token | The same launch token after an acquired music interest has been legally linked and activated | Proportional participation in the net royalty income defined in its series agreement |
| ETH or USDG | Quote and settlement assets | No music-rights entitlement merely from being used as a pair |
| Another approved Music License Token | Optional quote asset for a supported market | Rights attached to that specific license token remain with its eligible holders |
| $Hearcens | Ecosystem access token | Access to the royalty-acquisition routing service under the published lock and eligibility rules |
The launch token does not need to be replaced after acquisition. When the stated conditions are completed, the existing token is activated as a verified Music License Token and its gold check becomes visible.
The creator launches a token and identifies the proposed song, catalog, or royalty interest. The launch page shows the intended acquisition target, target amount, creator-fee allocation, and fallback rules.
At this stage, the token is tradeable but does not yet represent an acquired license. The interface must describe it as a proposed or funding-stage music launch.
The selected portion of the creator's earned trading fees is reserved for the acquisition. Reserved fees are tracked separately from pool liquidity, trader deposits, Hearcens revenue, and royalty income.
Expected future fees are not counted as completed funding. Only cleared and available assets can be committed to an external acquisition.
Once sufficient funds and required approvals are available, Hearcens's disclosed acquisition entity may enter a binding purchase process for the identified asset. Any marketplace charges, legal costs, conversion costs, or additional funding sources must be shown before commitment.
The purchase has closed, the acquired rights have been assigned to the disclosed legal holder, and the holder-benefit agreement has been executed. No royalty token activation occurs against an incomplete or unverified purchase.
The launch receives a gold check only after:
From the published activation block, eligible token holders participate in future net royalty distributions under the series rules.
The gold check confirms the completion and linkage described above. It is not a guarantee of yield, token price, liquidity, artist endorsement, or uninterrupted royalty payments.
The administrator receives statements and payments, reconciles expenses and withholding, funds the onchain distribution vault, and publishes each distribution period.
A creator:
Connects a wallet.
Enters the token name, ticker, image, and description.
Selects ETH, USDG, or an approved Music License Token as the trading pair.
Identifies the intended music-rights acquisition where the Music License route is enabled.
Selects the percentage of the creator's earned trading fees to allocate.
Reviews supply, initial price, fee split, first purchase, acquisition terms, and fallback rules.
Confirms the transaction and opens the market.
Launch tokens use a fixed supply with publicly visible allocations and no undisclosed post-launch minting. Final supply presets, fee percentages, liquidity rules, and initial pricing parameters will be published before release.
Pool liquidity must be backed by actual onchain assets. Reserved acquisition funds and expected future royalties are never presented as pool reserves.
Trading fees are divided according to the terms shown on the launch page. The creator's share is credited to a dedicated creator-fee balance.
The creator may allocate a published percentage of that share toward the identified Music License target. The selected percentage applies only to the creator's own earned fees. It does not take money from pool principal, trader deposits, holder royalties, or another creator's balance.
The allocation may range from zero to the maximum allowed by Hearcens. Changes apply only to future uncommitted fees. They cannot reverse a completed acquisition or remove rights already activated for token holders.
Before external commitment, reserved fees follow the launch's withdrawal and cancellation rules. After a binding acquisition commitment, they are governed by the purchase agreement and cannot be described as freely refundable.
The acquired music interest is held by a disclosed special-purpose entity, trustee, nominee, or other approved legal holder. That entity signs an enforceable agreement dedicating the covered net royalty income to eligible holders of the verified Music License Token.
The economic relationship is:
Acquired music interest → designated legal holder → Hearcens distribution vault → eligible token holders.
The legal holder administers the asset; it does not receive the economic benefit for itself except for disclosed fees. The creator or developer participates only to the extent that they hold eligible tokens under the same rules as other holders.
The series agreement must prevent the acquired asset from being sold, pledged, reassigned, or used for unrelated obligations without the disclosed approval and wind-down process.
After verification, each eligible token represents a proportional beneficial economic interest in the net royalty income covered by that launch's series agreement.
If a holder owns 1% of the eligible token supply at the finalized distribution snapshot, that holder is allocated 1% of the funded distributable royalty amount for that period, subject to disclosed restrictions, reserves, taxes, and costs.
Holders are entitled to:
Holding the token does not provide broader intellectual-property or artist-brand rights unless those rights are expressly included in the acquisition documents.
Rights begin from the published activation block. Trading the token before verification does not create retrospective claims on income received before activation.
Royalty income is distributed only after the corresponding external payment has been received, reconciled, converted into the published settlement asset, and deposited into the onchain series vault.
For each distribution period:
Hearcens publishes the covered royalty statement and received amount.
Permitted costs, withholding, and reserves are itemized.
A finalized snapshot block records eligible token ownership.
The funded net amount is allocated proportionally.
Holders claim their allocation or use an available sponsored-claim option.
An allocation finalized for a holder remains claimable after that holder later sells the token. A buyer participates in future snapshots, not distributions already allocated to the previous holder.
Hearcens does not promise payment per stream or hourly distributions. Payment timing depends on the underlying royalty schedule, receipt of funds, reconciliation, and economical onchain processing.
A standard AMM address cannot reliably identify the final beneficiary of royalty income. Hearcens therefore supports royalty participation from pool-held or vaulted tokens only through an approved income adapter with clear ownership accounting.
The adapter attributes the pool's allocation to eligible liquidity positions using snapshotted ownership and exposure. The same underlying token balance cannot generate both a direct-wallet claim and a pool-position claim.
Unsupported pools, bridges, vaults, and custody contracts may be excluded from a snapshot until a valid attribution method exists. Every series page must identify the supported venues before users deposit tokens.
The launch token trades against ETH. ETH volatility affects the quoted market price but does not change the holder's proportional royalty entitlement after verification.
The launch token trades against USDG. A stablecoin quote may make pricing easier to interpret, but it does not guarantee the launch token's value or remove stablecoin risk.
A coin quoted in USDG trades against a token issued by a company. That company can halt all USDG transfers, freeze any single wallet, and destroy the balance of a wallet it has frozen. While a halt or a freeze lasts, such a coin cannot be traded and its fees cannot be claimed. If a market's own wallet were frozen and emptied, every USDG backing the coins on it would be gone permanently and Hearcens would have no way to return it.
The launch token trades against another approved and verified Music License Token. Each side retains only the rights attached to its own documented music asset. The interface identifies the exact license series rather than treating all music royalties as interchangeable.
Pairing two tokens does not merge their licenses, income, liabilities, or holder records.
The primary acquisition source is the creator-fee allocation selected for the launch. If the target requires more capital, Hearcens may support a disclosed acquisition round or platform contribution.
Every additional funding source must state the amount and contributor, whether it receives tokens or another economic interest, the valuation and allocation basis, any lock or priority terms, and any effect on existing holders.
No contributor receives a hidden ownership claim. Token-holder economics cannot be diluted by an undisclosed side agreement.
If an acquisition fails or expires, no gold check is issued. Recoverable uncommitted funds are returned or released according to the launch's published fallback rules, with external non-refundable costs itemized.
Hearcens intends to source eligible music royalty interests through Royalty Exchange where suitable and permitted. royaltyexchange.com
The intended operational relationship is:
Royalty Exchange is not presented as directly paying arbitrary crypto wallets, accepting $Hearcens as purchase settlement, operating Hearcens pools, or guaranteeing token returns. Hearcens does not claim an API integration, partnership, or endorsement unless one is formally established and announced.
An asset listing does not automatically provide permission to tokenize, fractionalize, market, or transfer the acquired rights. Hearcens must obtain and disclose the permissions required for each series before activating its gold check.
The intended payment route is:
Underlying royalty payer → applicable royalty administrator → designated collection account → reconciliation and conversion → funded Hearcens series vault → eligible token holders.
The legal holder, collection account, and beneficiary agreement must correspond to the same acquired asset. An accounting entry alone cannot authorize an unfunded distribution.
USD received externally is not automatically USDG. Banking, conversion, custody, tax, and settlement costs are disclosed before calculating the distributable net amount.
Late statements, missing receipts, disputed income, or payment reversals remain marked as pending until resolved.
$Hearcens provides access to the creator-fee-to-license routing service. Under the proposed model, an eligible creator locks a published amount of $Hearcens to activate ongoing creator-fee allocation and acquisition services.
An active access position may enable automatic reservation of creator fees, participation in an approved acquisition, activation of a verified Music License Token after closing, reporting, and optional reinvestment where supported.
The final lock amount, eligibility criteria, exit notice, and service fee will be published before activation. Each position retains the terms accepted when it was opened.
Buying or holding $Hearcens alone does not provide rights to every music license on Hearcens. Royalty rights belong to holders of each specific verified Music License Token.
Hearcens earns a separately disclosed service fee when it successfully completes a royalty-acquisition and token-linkage service.
Creator fees reserved for acquisition, acquisition principal, holder royalty income, refunds, and pass-through marketplace or settlement costs are not Hearcens revenue.
Only Hearcens's earned service fee from a completed qualifying transaction is recognized as royalty-access service revenue.
Hearcens allocates 50% of recognized royalty-access service revenue to open-market purchases of $Hearcens.
The remaining 50% supports operations, reporting, maintenance, compliance, and development. Royalty income owed to holders is never used for the buyback.
Buyback allocation = recognized royalty-access service revenue × 50%
Reports show recognized revenue, the corresponding allocation, executed purchases, tokens acquired, execution costs, and any unspent reserved balance. A buyback is not a guaranteed increase in price, dividend, or treasury redemption right.
Every verified Music License Token has a dedicated series page containing:
| Area | Required information |
|---|---|
| Music asset | Covered song, catalog, or income stream |
| Rights acquired | Royalty category, percentage, territory, term, and exclusions |
| Legal holder | Entity holding the acquired external interest |
| Holder agreement | Legal basis linking token ownership to economic rights |
| Acquisition | Purchase price, costs, funding sources, and closing date |
| Token economics | Eligible supply, allocations, locks, and activation block |
| Administration | Royalty payer, administrator, and collection account |
| Distributions | Statements, receipts, reserves, snapshots, and claims |
| Supported custody | Wallets, pools, vaults, and adapters eligible for distributions |
| Exit and wind-down | Transfer restrictions, asset-sale rules, expiry, and disputes |
Publishing, recording, performance, mechanical, and other royalty categories remain distinguishable. A share of one income stream is not full ownership of a song.
All figures below are illustrative.
A creator launches Song A Token against USDG and allocates 70% of the creator's trading-fee share toward acquiring a specified royalty interest in Song A.
| Step | Amount |
|---|---|
| Creator fees accumulated | $10,000 |
| Creator keeps available | $3,000 |
| Reserved for acquisition | $7,000 |
| Disclosed acquisition and settlement costs | $200 |
| Hearcens service fee | $140 |
| Net acquisition contribution | $6,660 |
The acquisition closes, the rights are assigned to the disclosed legal holder, and Song A Token is contractually linked to the acquired royalty income. Hearcens publishes the documents and activation block, then applies the gold check.
Later, the series vault receives and reconciles $5,000 of distributable net royalty income. A wallet holding 2% of the eligible Song A Token supply at the finalized snapshot receives a $100 claim.
The $5,000 belongs to token holders and is not included in the $Hearcens buyback calculation. Only Hearcens's earned $140 service fee qualifies as service revenue, so the corresponding buyback allocation is $70.
The creator dashboard shows creator fees earned, the acquisition percentage, reserved and committed balances, acquisition progress, costs, gold-check status, and $Hearcens access status.
The holder dashboard shows eligible token balance, series rights, activation block, distribution snapshots, pending and claimable royalties, and supported custody venues.
The public series dashboard shows acquisition documents, legal holder, covered income, statements, receipts, costs, reserves, funded distributions, and contract addresses.
Onchain transactions show what moved onchain. External agreements, marketplace records, bank receipts, and royalty statements remain necessary to prove the offchain asset and its income.
Music royalty income can decrease, stop, arrive late, or become disputed. Token prices and liquidity can move independently from royalty performance. Smart-contract, stablecoin, custody, banking, administrator, and counterparty risks remain.
Tokenized royalty interests may be regulated financial products in some jurisdictions. Hearcens must confirm the legal ability to acquire, tokenize, market, distribute, and transfer each interest. Eligibility checks, transfer restrictions, KYC, or geographic limitations may apply to a series.
The product does not promise fixed yield, principal protection, a guaranteed market price, guaranteed liquidity, or immediate redemption.
Emergency controls may pause new acquisitions or affected distributions while a discrepancy is investigated. They do not authorize the treasury or developer to seize an acquired asset or royalty income belonging to token holders.
A Music License series may cover a fixed term, perpetual interest, or another duration stated in its acquisition agreement.
At expiry, future rights end according to the agreement. Late receipts and already allocated claims remain payable through the wind-down process.
Any sale of the underlying asset must follow the approval rules disclosed before verification. Net sale proceeds belong to eligible token holders under the series agreement after disclosed costs and liabilities.
Holding a token does not guarantee redemption at the original acquisition price. A holder may exit through an eligible secondary market when liquidity and applicable transfer permissions exist.
Hearcens is intended to launch on Robinhood Chain. ETH and USDG trading can operate independently from the external acquisition process.
The Music License route becomes active only after Hearcens has established a permitted acquisition and holder-benefit structure, verified access to eligible assets, collection and reconciliation accounts, funded onchain distribution contracts, holder snapshots, supported pool attribution, and public series disclosures.
No proposed token receives a gold check before its individual acquisition and holder-rights linkage are complete.
The acquisition wallet that holds each coin's licence reserve is Hearcens's treasury, the wallet published on this site's protocol record. Only it can move a reserve, and a reserve is moved only to buy the licence it was reserved for.
On Robinhood Chain the contracts are: the ETH market 0x6678a4ed0f3266c93ac60a0490d16e1474defb2e, the USDG market 0xb9155b54612278e9bca85660b4047a9426ff7abf, the royalty vault 0xac874986b139c3d82e5bcdca80693d606c3b7c95, the Hearcens token 0x1f94a38e7b6c468fceea22589c1d77df473348a2, the access lock 0x526b7838b273b05e8236da062a31d24dbb135f64 and the buyback 0xfbca1794e42938f3ac88a98682ff57d3bef1e599. A coin closes its curve at 4.2 ETH raised on the ETH market and 10,000 USDG on the USDG market.
Hearcens allows creators to allocate earned trading fees toward acquiring an identified music license or royalty interest. After a completed and verified acquisition, the economic royalty rights are linked to that launch token and shared proportionally with eligible holders.
Yes, after the token receives its gold check and the holder-rights linkage becomes active. Eligible holders receive proportional net royalty distributions under that token's series agreement.
No. Before verification, the token is linked only to a proposed acquisition. Rights begin from the published activation block after the purchase and legal linkage are completed.
Legal title is held by the disclosed acquisition entity or trustee for the benefit of eligible token holders. The developer does not own it outright for personal benefit. Holder economic rights are enforced through the series agreement.
Only if those rights are explicitly listed in the acquisition documents. By default, the token provides participation in the specified royalty income, not control of the song, artist identity, master recording, remixing, synchronization, or commercial use.
It means Hearcens has verified that the identified acquisition closed, the covered rights were documented, the legal holder and holder-benefit agreement are in place, and the distribution route is operational. It does not guarantee returns or artist endorsement.
Yes. The trading pair does not determine whether a launch can use the creator-fee-to-license route.
No. $Hearcens provides access to the acquisition-routing service. Royalty rights belong to holders of each specific verified Music License Token.
The token does not receive a gold check. Recoverable funds are released or returned according to the published fallback terms, while disclosed non-refundable external costs are itemized.
Not under the intended model. Payments move through the applicable external administrator and designated collection account before Hearcens funds the onchain series vault for holder claims.
According to the underlying asset's payment schedule, followed by reconciliation and onchain funding. Distributions do not occur at the same frequency as token trades.
